What We Do

Integrated Service Partners (ISP) is a global distributor of CloudServe – the IT industries leading Software as a Service (SaaS) portal. This unique software platform is designed to help the IT Channel procure, track and renew IT support contracts while assisting our partners in their ultimate goal of increasing hardware and software sales. This SaaS solution is white-labeled for each of our channel partners and resides on their respective websites.

Both the VAR personnel and their end user customers have access to CloudServe to view & export support contracts, open service tickets, plan maintenance renewals & budgets, track service history, and much more.

In the eyes of the end user, CloudServe is an extension of the reseller’s value proposition, rebranded as the VAR, and supported by the ISP customer service team behind the scenes.

ISP consolidates multiple platform support agreements and service delivery into a single view, with uniform processes and functionality – partnering with both OEM & Third Party Maintenance (TPM) vendors.

ISP makes it easier for our Channel Partners to sell, and their customers to use, a hybrid mix of whatever type of maintenance solution best fits the device’s age and location.

Established in 2004, ISP have been supporting channel partners ranging from $5mill to $5bill in annual revenues. Supporting hundreds of VAR’s and hundreds of thousands of assets, including Cisco, Dell/EMC, HP, IBM, Honeywell, Zebra, just to name a few.
